📦 Lost or Missing Packages
Avirae is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If the error was on our end, we’ll resend your order at no additional cost.
🏷 Customs Duties & Import Fees
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are your responsibility as the buyer. By placing an order with Avirae, you acknowledge that you may be required to pay these fees upon delivery.

Delivery times vary by region and do not include our 1–3 business day processing time:

🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may not be available on orders with free shipping.

📦 Multiple Shipments
To get your items to you as efficiently as possible, orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. This will not affect your shipping cost.
