Return & Refund Eligibility

Our refund and return policy is valid for 90 days from your date of purchase.
After 90 days, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or replacements.

To process a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


🛠 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, we’ll make it right.

To qualify:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery for damaged items, or within the warranty period for faults.

  • Provide photo or video evidence of the damage/fault so we can process your replacement or refund.

  • We will cover all shipping costs for defective items.


💌 Satisfaction Guarantee

We’re confident you’ll love the results from Avirae products — but if you aren’t satisfied, you can request a return within 90 days of purchase.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Products must be returned in the same condition you received them, in original packaging.

  • Once received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our policy criteria.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • A $10 restocking fee applies to all used products.

  • Only one return per household is allowed under this guarantee.

  • We monitor return activity to prevent misuse (excessive returns, reseller activity, fraud) and reserve the right to deny returns.

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded for change-of-mind returns.

  • Avirae is not responsible for incorrect product selections or address errors made at checkout.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be refunded unless they arrive faulty:

  • Opened consumables (gel pads, wipes, sprays)

  • Replacement batteries

  • Digital products (e.g. downloadable guides)


📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email 📧 info@shopavirae.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If eligible, we’ll send you the correct return address.

  3. Arrange and pay for tracked return shipping.

  4. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval and within the 90-day return window.
